Compliance with laws and regulations.

All business partners of IMVAA Group worldwide must at all times comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate, and they are expected and required to comply with the contents of the Supplier and Partner Code of Conduct. IMVAA Groupe demands honesty and integrity from all its business partners, in all aspects of their activities.

Rejection of child labor.

IMVAA Groupe expressly prohibits the use of child labour in any form whatsoever. Business partners must take all necessary preventive measures to ensure that they do not employ anyone below the legal hiring age. This means that business partners must not, unless local law stipulates an upper age limit, employ children under the age required to complete compulsory education or under 15 years of age (or 14 years only if permitted by national legislation in accordance with ILO Convention No. 138). The minimum age for carrying out hazardous work is 18 years, in accordance with Convention No. 138.

No discrimination.

Business partners must respect all fundamental human rights and must not discriminate or harass on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, marital status, status family, feelings or sexual orientation, disability or age. Business partners must support equal opportunity, fairness and diversity and ensure that all employees are treated strictly on the basis of their abilities and qualifications in all employment decisions.

Impact on indigenous peoples and local communities.

The business partner must ensure that its operations do not affect the rights of 17:00 54% people and will endeavor to minimize any potential significant impact of its operations on local communities.

Forced and compulsory labor.

Business Partners will not use forced or compulsory labor or engage in human trafficking or slavery practices of any kind.

Freedom of association.

Business partners must respect the rights of employees to associate, organize and bargain collectively lawfully and peacefully, without penalty or interference. In all cases, employees’ rights to open communication, direct engagement and humane and fair treatment must be respected.

Fair remuneration.

Business Partners will comply, at a minimum, with all applicable wage and hour laws and regulations, including those relating to minimum wage, overtime, maximum hours, piece rates and other elements of compensation, as well as providing legally mandated benefits. They must ensure at all times an existence worthy of human dignity.

Safety and health.

Business partners must be committed to protecting and improving the safety, health and general well-being of their employees, customers, suppliers and neighbors by taking all necessary precautions, based on a thorough risk assessment. Business partners are required to make employee safety a priority.

Animal welfare and animal testing.

If applicable to their business, Business Partners must comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding animal testing and animal welfare.

Environmental Protection.

Business partners must demonstrate commitment, take a proactive approach and continually improve the way they work in protection of the environment. Negative impacts on the environment and climate will be minimized or eliminated at their source or through practices such as modification of production, maintenance and installation processes, substitution of materials, conservation, recycling and reuse materials in the evolution towards a green economy. IMVAA Groupe prefers to work with suppliers and partners who make clear efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and encourages its suppliers and partners to create products that are energy efficient, highly recyclable and contain significant quantities of recycled materials. THE business partners will act in accordance with applicable legal and international standards for environmental protection, minimize environmental pollution and make continuous improvements in the field of environmental protection. Resources must be used appropriately and efficiently, and all waste must be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, or according to best practices if there is no law in force including extortion and Corruption. They will refrain from offering, giving, soliciting or accepting bribes, in cash or others, to or on behalf of any person or company, wherever they are located and whether they are a public agent or body, a supplier, partner or a client, in order to obtain a commercial, contractual or regulatory advantage, nor to obtain a personal, pecuniary or other. The Business Partner must report any information of which it has proof or suspicions in this regard.

No corruption.

Business partners must combat all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. They will refrain from offering, from giving, 17:04 solicit or accept bribes, in cash or otherwise, from or from any person or company, wherever located and whether they are a public official or body, supplier or a client, in order to obtain any commercial, contractual or regulatory advantage, nor to obtain a personal, pecuniary or other advantage. The Business Partner must report any information of which it has proof or suspicions in this regard.

No anti-competition.

The commercial partners of IMVAA Groupe must respect the rules of competition open and fair on the markets of the whole world. They may not engage in unfair competition such as price fixing, market agreements or any action that would hinder, restrict or impair fair competition and thus violate antitrust or similar laws that regulate competition in the countries in which they operate.
IMVAA Group companies require their business partners to maintain adequate documentation to demonstrate their full compliance with the above criteria. To make business with IMVAA Group, business partners and their subcontractors must authorize IMVAA Groupe and its designated agents (including third parties) to carry out the announced and relevant audits.
